Maint Vision is published in France and hosts your data in the European Union, in Frankfurt, within a framework aligned with the GDPR. In Canada, Quebec’s Law 25 and the federal PIPEDA govern personal data. Law 25 calls for an assessment before communicating personal information outside Quebec and for verifying adequate protection: that assessment is yours to run, and EU hosting aligned with the GDPR supports it.
