This location gives you a clear legal anchor, aligned with European law, and meets the data sovereignty requirements that a growing number of industrial and public organizations now impose on their suppliers.
Maint Vision is built in line with the General Data Protection Regulation. Your data is never resold, never exploited for advertising, and never handed to third parties without your knowledge. It serves only to run your CMMS. You remain the data controller, and we act as a data processor in the sense defined by the GDPR.
Traffic between your devices and Maint Vision is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS, on the web and in the mobile field app alike. Sessions rely on token-based authentication, with expiry. This encryption protects your credentials and your data in transit against interception, including when your technicians work over a mobile network in the workshop or out on site.
Maint Vision offers eight roles and a permission matrix adjustable per organization: each action is authorized by capability, tunable to fit your needs precisely. An audit log records sensitive operations, so you know who did what and when. To make the most of this tracking, rely on the platform's reporting and metrics.
You don't hand over your data to lose it. At any time, you can export your maintenance information in usable formats. This reversibility protects you from lock-in: if you leave Maint Vision, you leave with your data. Ownership stays with your organization, never with the vendor. Nothing holds your information hostage.
Each organization is partitioned: your data is tied to your organization and is never mixed with another customer's. This multi-organization isolation is built into the architecture, not bolted on afterwards. One organization can neither see nor reach the assets, work orders or users of another.
