Purpose

Maint Vision is a SaaS maintenance management (CMMS) platform available on the web and as a mobile app. These Terms define the rules for accessing and using the Service.

Definitions

• Service: the Maint Vision web and mobile application and related features.
• Organization: the entity (company, site, team) that owns a workspace.
• User: any individual with an account within an Organization.
• Content: the data entered or imported by the Organization and its Users.

Account and access

Access requires creating an account with a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for actions carried out from your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes;
• harm the security or integrity of the Service (intrusion, injection, bypassing limits);
• attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer the software;
• extract data in bulk by unauthorized automated means;
• resell or make the Service available to third parties outside your Organization without authorization.

Organization content

Content belongs to your Organization. You grant us a limited license, strictly necessary to host and provide the Service (storage, backup, display, technical transmission). You warrant that you hold the rights to the Content you import and ensure its lawfulness.

Availability and maintenance

We strive to ensure continuous availability of the Service, without guaranteeing the complete absence of interruption. Maintenance operations may be necessary; we strive to limit their impact and, where possible, to give advance notice.

Intellectual property

The Service, its software and components remain the exclusive property of the publisher. These Terms transfer no ownership: they grant only a personal, non-exclusive right of use for the duration of the subscription.

Suspension and termination

In the event of a serious breach of these Terms (in particular illegal use or a security threat), we may suspend or terminate access, where possible after prior notice. Subscription-related termination conditions are set out in the sales terms.

Liability

The Service is provided on a best-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages. We are not liable for losses resulting from improper use, data-entry errors, or the unavailability of third-party services.

Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Changes and governing law

We may amend these Terms; the applicable version is the one in force when you use the Service, dated at the top of the page. These Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts are those of the publisher’s registered office, subject to applicable mandatory rules.
