Founded in 2009 within the DIMO Software group, it has operated since 2025 as an independent group, majority-owned by the Keensight Capital fund. What DimoMaint does very well

DimoMaint enjoys great maturity, a broad functional scope that extends to asset management (EAM), many installed references and a mobile app that supports data entry offline, with synchronization: Maint Vision’s app, for its part, can only view data offline, as entering data needs a connection.
