Anyone with an active account in one of these roles, even read-only: owner, admins, managers, technicians, storekeepers, viewers and contractors. A deactivated account no longer counts.
Not counted (free and unlimited on every plan): requesters
They report a breakdown or request work, then follow their requests: production operators, staff from other departments, building occupants. They only see their own requests and do not handle the work.
Without an account, anyone can also report a breakdown by scanning the reporting QR code you place on an asset.
One plan per organization: all your users are billed at the price of the chosen plan.
